Therapy Group for Millennial Black Women is a weekly virtual processing group for Black women ages 26-40 in NY/NJ seeking a safe space to explore the intersection of their day-to-day conflicts and their Black female identity. Group Therapy is an opportunity for women to practice building trust, improve communication skills, and gain self-awareness in a therapeutic space with women from all walks of life.

We celebrate the diversity within our diasporic identity and harness it as a tool to provide insight into our lives. This group is for someone seeking to build community with other Black women, heal wounds caused from within, as well as, outside of her community. Topics often discussed but are not limited to:

Friendship concerns

Work conflict

Family conflict

Coping with adversity

Racial Trauma

Code Switching/Masking

Fanny Tristan, LCSW-R is a mom, daughter of Afro-Peruvian immigrants, and founder of Restority Space, a psychotherapy practice offering trauma-informed psychotherapy for busy adults of color navigating significant life transitions. Her clients are often highly motivated individuals seeking to improve their confidence and relationships. Whether dealing with career changes, family dynamics, or personal challenges, Fanny provides a safe and supportive environment to explore these issues and take active steps toward personal growth.
