The goal of this group is for you to gain deeper self-awareness and foster personal growth in the support of other women. Cultivate compassion by connecting and relating to each other's experiences, while offering each other insight and empathy.
Topics of discussion include relationships and intimacy, self-esteem, body image, career development, and life transitions.
This group is for identifying females in their 20’s and 30’s, including cis and trans women. Group is limited to 8 members and will meet for 75 minutes bi-weekly.

Group Therapist
Corinne LaPorte-Cauley is an associate-licensed holistic clinical mental health counselor in Providence, RI. Her goal is to guide clients to a place of balance and ease. With Corinne, clients can expect to expand their internal and external resources for healing and connection. Clients seek sessions with Corinne to soothe symptoms of anxiety and depression, to receive support while navigating difficult life transitions, to shift destructive behaviors, and to work through painful past experiences or traumas.
Clients who work with Corinne can expect to be fully seen and heard, to build a collaborative and trustful relationship, and to be held in a safe space as they explore their emotional and cognitive landscape for a deeper sense of clarity and understanding.
Corinne’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and rooted in mindfulness. Her methods are evidence-based, holistic, and informed by Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapies, Trauma Resiliency Model, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Expressive Arts. Therapy sessions with Corinne integrate guided meditations and breathwork to lead clients toward a compassionate connection with their bodies and emotions.
Corinne holds a Master of Arts in Holistic Clinical Mental Health and a Certificate of Graduate Studies in the Professional Applications of Creative and Expressive Arts from Salve Regina University. Corinne also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She is a registered yoga teacher, trained in the style of Viniyoga, and has received Reiki Level II certification in the Usui and Holy Fire systems of Reiki healing.
NOTE: An associate license allows an individual to engage in the practice of counseling under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor. Corinne LaPorte-Cauley is pursuing full licensure under the supervision of Sarit Lesser, PsyD.
