Humanistic-Existential Interpersonal Process Group

Dare to Grow: Humanistic-Existential therapy helps clients listen to themselves and better understand emotions they might be suppressing or avoiding. It's a form of therapy that honors the inherent wisdom within each person and, in so doing, allows clients to clarify their personal values. From this place, clients can identify and process emotions that arise when they reflect upon where they are currently in their lives and where they long to be.
