Interpersonal Process Group for Adults

Description

This group is a safe space to build trust, experiment with, and take risks with peers. Groups are by far the best way to change longstanding behaviors, such as social anxiety, assertiveness struggles, emotional detachment, intimacy fears, or relationship challenges. The advantage of a group setting is that it allows me, the therapist, to see how clients relate to people firsthand and work with them on making changes.

This group will meet virtually due to COVID-19 (starting in late-September 2020) with the goal to move to in-person once it is safe to do so.
