LGBT COVID-19 Support Group

Description

For many, COVID-19 concerns have changed the way we experience daily life. Aside from the workday changes and public closures, it can be difficult to manage anxiety in these extraordinary times. The unknowns, constant news and information, and fears surrounding the virus can be challenging to sit with and process. Although we may be physically isolated from social distancing, we are not alone. Seeking connection and social support is crucial for navigating these circumstances. Join us for our intimate online support group where we will videoconference, talk through struggles and shared experiences, and support each other in taking things one day at a time.
