Description
A therapy process group, also known as a process-oriented group therapy, is a type of group therapy where participants come together to explore their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics in a safe and supportive environment. The primary focus is on the process of how people interact with each other in real time, rather than just talking about specific issues or problems.
The group will be for adults 18+ and held virtually. The cost of the group will be 45 dollars a session and will be 90 minutes long. This won’t be a drop-in base but something folks can commit to attending biweekly depending on what works best for most people. Of course, life happens, but it would be best to attend regularly to help the safety and trust of the therapeutic container. Group expectations will be established during the first session and readdressed when new group members join. The group size will be 3-10 people.
