Managing Conflict & Improving Interpersonal Skills

Description

Tired of bottling up emotions? Do you compromise your true feelings and end up feeling frustrated? Join us for this 8-week group where you will identify unhelpful patterns of communication, learn to live with less resentment, start to express emotions more authentically, and increase your likelihood of getting your needs met through honest communication.

This group is a great adjunct to individual therapy and a great way to briefly experience or try out the usefulness of an interpersonal process group. I would be delighted to speak with you for more details about the group.

All sessions will be held remotely through Zoom
