MindFit is mental strengthening and coaching in a group setting.
In an open and inclusive environment, members share about their experiences and what challenges them. We offer key support for discovering and choosing how to live best today.
If you are interested in becoming more capable, want to heal or thrive, and/or explore what might be possible beyond individual therapy, MindFit is the right fit!
All participants must be 18 years or older to join, and pre-registration is required.

Rise from what keeps you stuck. This group addresses the ways we all get "stuck". In a supportive space, come to identify what stops you, what to do about it, and what would be possible if you made other choices.
Freedom is possible every moment we choose ourselves over addiction. This group meets people where they are, and provides support and ongoing skills for the important work on life-long well being.
Clinicians with extensive experience in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) work with and guide members to see what gets in their way or those "blindspots" that keep us from living more effectively.
CBT is a goal-oriented and practical therapeutic process that helps us see our thoughts (cognitions) and actions (behaviors). It's problem solving for some of the most common ways we get stuck, and leads to meaningful change in our lives.
Supportive and empathetic listening is always present in our group sessions.
Clinicians also work with members to support each other, as they feel comfortable.
