New York Mental Health Club: A Relational Process Group

Description

This is a group for New Yorkers ages 23-45 who are looking to foster meaningful relationships with themselves and others.

We'll incorporate open processing, skill-building, and somatic practices to work through feelings of loneliness, stuckness, and disconnection.

We're hoping to keep it small with 8-10 participants beginning on Monday, November 4th - just in time to ease the transition into the winter and holiday season.

Contact Alana Durand, LMSW of Real Therapy to sign up.
