Parental Loss

Description

This six-month group (with option for continuation) is for adults, 18-years old and above, who have lost a parent. The group will provide participants the opportunity to process their experiences of loss, gain insight into the nonlinear nature of their grief, be supported by others, and move meaningfully through difficult periods.
All participants will first take part in an individual consultation session to assess if the group would be a good fit for them.
