Are old hurts taking up too much space in your mind and heart? Each of us has a deep need to forgive and to be forgiven. Forgiveness helps us to let go of the suffering of the past and sets us free to move forward in our lives with greater potential for inner freedom. Besides the reward of letting go of a painful past, there are powerful health benefits that go hand-in-hand with the practice of forgiveness. In this group we will tenderly approach this path of healing through mindfulness, self-compassion, patience, and love.
This group runs is 6 sessions long and runs from February 25th - March 31st.
