Description
We will be meeting once a week for 6 weeks online from the comfort of your home. We will learn mindfulness skills, cognitive behavioral tools and distress tolerance techniques that you can apply each week to help manage feelings of anxiety or depression associated with this huge life transition to motherhood. Get both real world tools and emotional support from other moms just like you who truly get it. This group occurs every six weeks so you are welcome to be placed on a waitlist for an upcoming group!
I look forward to speaking with you to see if this group would be the right fit! We will be meeting on Thursdays from 1:30-2:45 in 6 week cycles. Each session is $150 and a superbill for out of network benefits is available upon request.
