Description
My name is Julie Taylor, and I am a licensed guidance counselor and therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting children and adolescents through academic, emotional, and developmental transitions. I currently practice at New Life Counseling in Warwick, where I specialize in working with girls navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life changes.
This summer, I am offering a small-group program designed specifically for girls entering middle school who may be feeling anxious about the transition. The curriculum includes age-appropriate activities focused on building confidence, developing coping skills, managing anxiety, building friendships, and preparing for the social and academic changes of middle school. It’s ideal for students who may benefit from extra emotional support and skill-building ahead of this important transition.

Carla Rich LMHC & Associates is now known as New Life Counseling.
