The activity of the group is building the group. That activity is the therapy. It addresses what many of us suffer from, mainly the inability to build emotionally intimate relationships.
These groups are improvisational and performatory. We do serious emotional work, and we have fun.
Joan Ingalls is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Greenwich Village, NYC. New York.
