Self-Sabotage

Description

Self-sabotage is a common behavioral reaction to unproductive thoughts and beliefs about ourselves. It is rooted in how we learned to respond to the world and the messages we received about who we are versus who we need to be. By sharing your lived experience with other group members you can decrease isolation and release negative thought patterns that keep you stuck in a cycle of shame and self-doubt. If blaming yourself for your behaviors is not getting you the healthy results you are seeking, then come consider a new way to solve old problems.

This group does require that you complete a free initial consultation. You can join or end your participation in the group at any time. Although, we do hope you will stay long enough to see shifts in your well-being and connect with people who share your struggle.

This group is currently scheduled bi-weekly and in-person. We will open more opportunities based on group development. Groups normally include 5-10 people.
