Description
Soulful Sisters is a therapy group designed for women in their late 20s through 40s seeking to explore the intersection of spirituality and mental wellness. This empowering group provides a supportive space where participants can connect with like-minded individuals, engage in mindfulness practices, and cultivate self-love while navigating life’s challenges. The group is open to women who are interested in personal growth, emotional healing, and developing a deeper connection to their inner selves. Sessions focus on building emotional resilience, practicing mindfulness, and engaging in spiritual practices that promote inner peace.
Participants will engage in open discussions, guided meditation, and other therapeutic and spiritual practices that foster healing, personal growth, and emotional balance. Participants should have an openness to self-exploration and a willingness to participate in group activities with an ability to give and receive feedback from group members. Dr. Kimberly Richards, a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in both mental health and spiritual practices, is the facilitator for this transformative journey. Her compassionate approach and commitment to empowering women make her highly qualified to lead Soulful Sisters, helping each participant achieve a balanced and soulful life.
