A six-week group that teaches athletes core mindfulness skills to optimize sport performance. Suitable for athletes from any sport, this program uses an evidence-based approach to build a better mind-body connection, manage performance anxiety, stay in the 'zone of optimal functioning' during periods of stress, and increase the likelihood of experiencing improved performance outcomes. No previous experience with mindfulness training is required.
