The Restorative Retreat for Black Women (One-Day)

Dr. Walters and her team will guide you through a transformational experience grounded in movement to help you get into your body and quiet your mind. The theme for our December gathering is Compassion and Peace.

You’ll experience mindful movement, sound healing, journaling & reflection, connection, meditation, and centering. Awaken all of your senses and spend time in welcoming community. Lunch, all snacks, and a special take-home gift are included.

Retreats provide the rare opportunity to disconnect from day-to-day distractions and connect with an intentional community. Self-care does not equal selfishness! Building up our ability to be compassionate towards ourselves increases our capacity to extend compassion to others. Invest in YOU today so that you can continue to show up for others and create the impact you wish to have in the world.

What you'll get:

>> A chance to BE in community with others and enjoy a day hosted by Dr. Cathia Walters and team.

>>Nourishing snacks throughout the day and lunch provided.

>>Receive a special take-home memento to remember your retreat day.
