Description
This group offers a creative space for self-expression, stress relief, and emotional processing through hands-on crafting. Participants are encouraged to bring their own “lap project”—crochet, knitting, embroidery, sketching, or any portable craft—to work on in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Engaging in creative work can help complete the stress cycle, promote mindfulness, and provide a tangible way to navigate emotions. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to create and connect. Whether you're looking for a calming outlet or a new way to process emotions, this group provides a space to unwind, reflect, and build resilience through creativity.
