Description
This Transgender Therapy Support Group is a safe and affirming space designed for transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals who are navigating complex emotions related to the current political climate, personal grief, and uncertainty about the future. Facilitated by a gender-affirming social worker Blair Holleman (they/them) who specializes in trauma-informed care and intersectionality, the group offers both emotional support and practical tools to help participants reclaim their sense of agency, resilience, and hope.
What to Expect:
Empowerment Through Connection: Engage with a community of individuals who understand your experiences and challenges. Together, we’ll focus on recognizing your strengths and reclaiming your power, so you can face challenges with confidence.
Addressing Grief and Hopelessness: Learn tools for processing grief related to identity, loss, and external circumstances. This group will help you navigate feelings of hopelessness and provide strategies for emotional resilience.
Navigating the Political Climate: Discuss concerns about the future of transgender rights and the political environment in a safe, supportive setting. Gain insights into how to stay informed, protect your mental health, and advocate for yourself while managing fear and uncertainty.
Control vs. Letting Go: Learn how to differentiate between what you can control and what’s beyond your influence. This will empower you to focus on actionable steps for your well-being while releasing the emotional burden of things outside your control.

Welcome to Psychcicle, your friendly neighborhood therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families. Our team of experienced clinicians provides a range of services, including family therapy, sex therapy, couples therapy, adult individual therapy, and group therapy. We specialize in supporting clients facing a variety of challenges such as depression, PTSD, complex trauma, gender identity concerns, blended family difficulties, pre-marital counseling, adult ADHD, communication issues in relationships, ethical non-monogamy concerns, and sexual issues affecting relationships. Through our work, we help people identify why they feel stuck, what cyclical patterns maybe holding them back, and how to create meaningful, lasting change.
Our practice is led by three skilled clinicians: Blair Holleman (they/them), McKesur Whetstone (she/her), and Kaiyan Griffith (she/her). Each brings their own expertise and unique approach to therapy, offering a warm, compassionate, and client-centered experience. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, inclusive space for people of every gender, sexuality, race, and religion. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, working through relationship difficulties, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, our team is here to support you with respect and care.
What makes Psychcicle truly unique is our focus on identifying the cyclical patterns that contribute to the challenges our clients face in a compassionate way. We believe that by understanding these patterns, clients can gain powerful insight into their behaviors and relationships, empowering them to make lasting changes. In our inclusive environment, clients can feel heard, supported, and understood, knowing they are in a space that values their experiences and unique identities.
