Our in-person group sessions are designed to be raw and vulnerable, collaborative and educational, covering a wide range of topics including identity formation, relationships (with friends, romantic or sexual partners, our bodies, our families, etc.), career development, and mental health.

You'll learn evidence-based strategies to manage stress, regulate your emotions, and build a life you look forward to waking up to every day. And, one of the things we'll focus on is learning how to advocate for ourselves in every space we enter, setting boundaries, asking for our needs to be met, making large or small decisions that will chart your course.

In addition to group sessions, I offer individual counseling and referrals to other resources as needed. My goal is to provide you with comprehensive support to help you live your best life.

Group Therapist

Whether you're looking to manage symptoms of anxiety or depression, heal from past trauma, navigate a difficult life transition, or simply want to deepen your self-awareness, I’ve got you covered. I provide a warm and welcoming virtual space for individuals to explore their innermost emotions, beliefs, and desires for their lives.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and authenticity. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, and I'm not afraid to sprinkle in a little bit of laughter and lightheartedness to help ease the therapeutic process.

I know that life can be a bit of a maze sometimes. But with a little guidance and some patience, we can find the right path that works for you.
