Description
Healing. Overcoming. Persevering. Empowering.
A support circle for women staying in narcissistic relationships, and choosing themselves in the process.
Women’s H.O.P.E. is a sacred, compassionate space I created for women like us—women who are choosing, for now, to remain in relationships with narcissistic partners, but who are no longer willing to stay stuck, voiceless, or disconnected from themselves.
I spent 30 years in a narcissistic marriage. I know the quiet ache of staying… and the quiet strength it takes to heal anyway. This group isn’t about judgment. It’s about honoring where you are, while gently guiding you toward where you want to be.
Together, we’ll breathe, share, cry, laugh, and grow. We’ll talk boundaries, resilience, emotional safety—and the beautiful (sometimes slow, always sacred) work of remembering who you are.
You haven’t given up. You’re still here. And you still matter.
This is a place for healing in the midst of the hard—and you don’t have to do it alone.
What to Expect:
Real Conversations, Gently Held
You’ll have space to share your story (as much or as little as you feel comfortable) with women who truly get it. No fixing. No pressure. Just being seen and supported.
Boundaries That Feel Possible
We’ll explore how to set boundaries—emotionally, energetically, even internally—in ways that feel empowering and doable, even when leaving isn’t an option right now.
Clarity + Understanding
You’ll learn how narcissistic abuse affects your nervous system, your thought patterns, your sense of self—and how to begin gently reclaiming your truth.
Self-Reconnection
Each session includes practices to help you reconnect with you—your voice, your needs, your inner calm. We’re not rushing. We’re rebuilding from the inside out.
Who This Group is For:
✔ Women currently in narcissistic marriages or partnerships
✔ Women who feel isolated, unsure, or emotionally exhausted
✔ Women seeking validation, community, and practical tools
✔ Women ready to reclaim even a little bit of their power—even if they’re staying
Group Therapist
Marcia Williams is a licensed therapist and narcissistic abuse recovery coach. With over 21 years of experience as a licensed therapist (and a survivor of a 30-year marriage to a narcissist), I specialize in helping individuals heal from the emotional exhaustion, confusion, and isolation that comes with narcissistic abuse.
Whether you're still in the relationship, trying to co-parent with a toxic ex, or navigating life after leaving, I create a space where survivors can reconnect with their truth, rebuild self-worth, and feel safe in their own bodies again.
My practice blends clinical expertise with lived experience. Clients often say they feel deeply seen and empowered in our sessions — because I’ve been where you are, and I’ve walked the healing journey too.
As the founder and CEO of Passage to Peace, LLC, Marcia offers therapeutic services through her private practice, providing individual, couples, and group therapy. Her approach combines warmth and humor, offering clients validation and motivation for change while teaching self-exploration and coping skills to navigate toxic relationships and heal from trauma.
Marcia is also the creator of the Passage to Peace Narcissistic Abuse Transformation Program, designed to help survivors of narcissistic abuse find and protect their peace. She draws from personal experience, having been married to a narcissist for 30 years before her divorce, and is the author of "Groomed: Life Married to a Narcissist and How I Overcame Narcissistic Abuse."
Please Note: I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients and prioritizing those who are interested in transitioning to self-pay for more flexibility, deeper work, and personalized care. Superbills available upon request.
Let’s work together to reclaim your identity, rebuild your peace, and write a new story — one rooted in truth, freedom, and radical self-love.
