Description
Group Therapy is a wonderful adjunct to individual therapy and offers clients the support and encouragement of a friendly group of like-minded peers. Our women's group teaches assertiveness, self-compassion, & self-esteem skills in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. You will learn how to value your voice, how to lessen codependent behaviors, and how to build a strong, loving relationship with yourself.
Participants who attend group therapy are often surprised by the positive changes that occur in their mindsets and moods over time. Our group is kept intentionally small and membership is on a month-to-month basis. New members are welcome at any time. Group meets online every Tuesday from 7:00-8:30 pm PST.
Fee: $100/session, made in a payment of $400 at the beginning of each month. Superbills provided upon request.

Founded in 2012 by Dr. Sheenie Ambardar, M.D., we are a premier California and New York telehealth and wellness practice that provides concierge psychiatry and psychotherapy services to adult patients in California and New York as well as coaching services to clients of all ages worldwide.
We use low-dose psychiatric medications in conjunction with an eclectic blend of psychotherapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, inner child work, outdoor walking therapy, meditation, and Kundalini Yoga. We also offer convenient at-home gene testing to help illuminate which medications may work best in your treatment.
Dr. Ambardar is a Stanford-educated, Top Doctor as honored by her peers and a Compassionate Doctor Winner 5 years in a row. With 15 years of experience, her unique treatment method blends modern medicine with ancient Hindu and Buddhist spiritual philosophies for the optimal benefit of her patients.
