Women's Therapy Group for Chronic Pain & Chronic Illness

Welcome! This online support group is designed to provide a place of connection for women navigating life with chronic pain or chronic illness. For 12 weeks, we will meet together online for a combination of learning new tools and processing the challenges of chronic illness. You can expect to learn new techniques to help you stop simply surviving and start thriving! These tools include grounding techniques, breathing exercises, distress tolerance tools, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, dialectical thinking and Acceptance and Commitment therapy tools.

Women who could benefit from this group are navigating life with chronic illness or chronic pain such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, Ehlers Danlos syndrome, chronic pelvic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune disorders, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. Many times, women who are dealing with the ups and downs of chronic illness feel extremely isolated. This is a space to not only learn tools to thrive in the face of these challenges but also connect with other incredibly strong women who truly understand what you are going through.

I am so thrilled to create this space and look forward to speaking with you to see if this group would be the right fit! We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6:00-7:15 in 12 week cycles. Each session is $150 and a superbill for out of network benefits is available upon request.
