This is a supportive space for caregivers (such as parents, guardians, teachers, childcare and healthcare providers, those caring for elders) that want to create time for their own needs, identities, and self-care, and build connections with others that have similar goals. Join an intimate group facilitated by a therapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher, to reflect and discuss issues such as burnout, sense of self, and self-compassion. Each bi-weekly session will feature 55 minutes of group support, conversation, and reflection, followed by 20 minutes of gentle and restorative yoga (no experience required).
