Young Adult Therapy Group

Description

This group for adults in their 20s-30s is place to work through emotional challenges & barriers to personal intimacy. Most if not all people who seek therapy are not fully satisfied with their relationships. A group is a safe space to build trust, experiment, and take risks with peers. This group aims to help participants change longstanding patterns of behavior, such as social anxiety, difficulty being assertive, emotional detachment, intimacy fears, or dominating your relationships. Please contact me to learn more!

Note: Dr. Bender requires prospective members to have 2-3 individual sessions prior to joining the group as a consultation period.
