FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Most generally, we use modified and specific forms of narrative therapy technique to uncover, identify, and tell the tapestry of stories that make you, you! Our therapists work in a variety of modalities, integrating psychodynamic and familial pattern observation, internal family systems and insight-oriented work. We also use more concrete skills, such as mindfulness, CBT, and DBT interventions to help people tell their stories.

What are your practice's specialties?

Anxiety, Depression, Identity exploration (including areas of gender identity, sexual identity, racial identity, student, professional, and career identity), transitions, grieving, creative process, self-esteem and family and interpersonal functioning.

Why should I choose your practice?

We offer a variety of approaches with skilled clinicians who work in unique ways to address your needs.

How does payment work at your practice?

At CoreStory, we are considered in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and manage out-of-network billing for other insurance companies. If you use out-of-network benefits or do not wish to use insurance, our fees are $200/session. We offer a sliding scale when appropriate.
