Practice Information

Mind Therapy therapists focus on building a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic space to explore undesired patterns and emotions. We will help you address what is inhibiting your personal freedom and preventing you from living life as your fullest self.

In this work, we will uncover the root causes behind your thoughts and feelings and provide you with concrete, practical tools you can use to combat overwhelming emotions. Things can get better when you work with a therapist. We will help you develop insight into your thinking patterns to eliminate critical thoughts and promote a positive mindset. Our expertise in individual therapy includes but is not limited to: trauma effects (childhood or adulthood), panic attacks, generalized anxiety, depression, family trauma, and self-esteem and relationships.

We practice tele-therapy using simple, secure, HIPAA compliant software. Our therapists provide high-quality therapy services that you can access weekly or as needed from the comfort and security of your home.
