Remembering You: Psychiatric and Therapeutic Services

Remembering You is a psychiatric practice that provides mental services to diverse populations including adolescents, young adults/college students, adults, parents, couples, families, older adults and individuals in varying stages/transitions of life, such as pregnancy. We utilize a variety of treatment modalities in order to address the challenges you face and take pride in our comprehensive sense of what it means to be fully human. At Remembering You, we are passionate about deconstructing psychological, environmental, social/physical stigmas and notions about mental health and have extensive training working with and treating BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) populations. Unlike other practices, we have taken the time to understand/study the biases, stigmas and struggles under-represented and multi-ethnic individuals and groups face and utilize that knowledge in creating a treatment atmosphere that assists in the healing process for all. We are motivated to disrupt the narrative, break the cycle and redefine help and heal hurting individuals and communities. The goal will always be to promote mental wellness in order to ensure a healthy life.
