The Weight and Wellness Institute provides a multidisciplinary approach to achieve weight loss goals and improve overall wellness.

Patients entering our program will initially meet with Dr. Vincent Pera, our clinical director. During this first visit, Dr. Pera will conduct a medical evaluation, including a basic physical examination. Dr. Pera has over thirty years of experience and has treated over 15,000 patients! Additionally, he and the team will provide patients with an overview of our program, gather and review pertinent medical and social history, provide education around eating, and, most importantly, listen to the individual goals of each patient. This information allows our providers and patients to determine the appropriate treatment program, tailored to each individual.

In addition to a medical evaluation, patients will meet with our Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Camille Gregorian, to address behavioral and psychological facets of the program. Patients will then have access to individual sessions with both our Nutritionist, Theresa Jerominek, and Exercise Physiologist, Arianna Centonze, to complete this wrap around care plan.
