Professional statement

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over ten years of practice as an RN and NP. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tartu and my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island.

I have a wide range of experience in working with patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and many other needs. I also have experience in crisis, emergency, and inpatient psychiatric care. I approach my care with the entire patient as a whole in mind. My therapeutic method is integrated and tailored to your specific needs, and I can provide both psychopharmacology and psychotherapy.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring all genres of music, exercising, and traveling. I am originally from Estonia, where I studied psychology.
