Message to clients

CHILDREN/ ADOLESCENTS, YOUNG ADULTS, AND EARLY CAREER/YOUNG PROFESSIONALS TEND TO FIND OUR PRACTICE STYLE MATCHING WELL FOR THEIR NEEDS.

Throughout different stages of our lives, we often face challenges that can make us feel like we’re stuck and unable to move forward. Whether they are concerns about our children's well-being (ADHD, poor moods, oppositional behaviors), work hardships, interpersonal/ relationship stressors, or life transitions, these are all opportunities that can promote growth, inner resilience, and deepen our understanding of ourselves. I specialize in combining up-to-date, evidence-based medical practice with the art of understanding our minds and being through in-depth psychotherapy.

I strive to assist and nurture a visceral content and understanding that it is, and we are okay being the human beings that we are, even when we seemingly falter on the uncharted course of life. I hope to explore and experience together, that by virtue of our individual lives and experiences, we are uniquely and inherently valuable and worth cherishing.

If you/your child have concerns about psychiatric diagnoses and wish to understand how to thrive beyond these labels, I warmly invite you to reach out and discuss how we can work together to help you/your child integrate these understandings within our personal whole being. I sincerely look forward to meeting and accompanying you on this journey of healing, self-discovery and personal fulfillment.
