Professional statement

Dr. Alisa Rosenberg is a Clinical Psychologist in New York and New Jersey who specializes in anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, life purpose/path, stress reduction and emotional regulation among other things. Her practice is open to adult women and couples.

Dr. Rosenberg takes a deeply holistic approach to treatment, often incorporating mindfulness tactics and energy reading. While her work is guided by awareness of spirit, she also uses traditional and evidence based practices in her approach such as EMDR and CBT. Dr. Rosenberg helps her clients reconnect with their innate strengths and intuition, and chart their own, self-empowered course throughout life.

Dr. Rosenberg is a firm believer in the power of intuition, and enjoys guiding clients as they tap into the strength of their personal power and energy. She received her Masters and Doctorate of Psychology degrees at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA, and looks forward to working with you at her practice.

Message to clients

Hi! I believe that each therapy session you have, you should feel a little bit better after. When I have a session I am using energy (love) to clear and heal heaviness away from you, and I am offering you ways to be empowered and make important shifts in your life forever. I am unique because I integrate traditional approaches to treatment with the metaphysical, spiritual, and nonconventional ideas I feel so drawn to as a person. My approach is strongly spirit and energy based, using metaphors, visualizations, and paying attention to intentions, emotions, and intuition as paramount in self-discovery, and in moving through one’s life path. I can help you understand the roots of your anxiety and pain, and give you new ways of being more joyful, trusting, peaceful and "in control" of your feelings, relationships and future. If this approach resonates with you, I look forward to beginning our therapy connection.
