Message to clients

Receiving a diagnosis of cancer or any chronic illness is a life-altering experience which can cause anxiety, distress, and feelings of loss. I work to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore these feelings, practice self-compassion, and develop sustainable coping skills. My goal is to help you feel less distressed and more whole, so that you can manage these challenges more effectively and feel more connected to the people and experiences that bring you joy.

Managing serious health conditions, including cancer and chronic illness, as well as being a caregiver, can be challenging. If you or a loved one are facing any of these issues, please reach out to connect.
