Message to clients

Life can have moments where speaking to someone outside of your immediate circle may be helpful in processing a life transition, behaviors or thoughts that are getting in the way of personal wellbeing or identifying ways to improve mental wellness. My therapy approach is a blend of being honest, collaborative, and empathetic, while helping you identifying and processing realistic goals that transform overtime. My clinical lens is multifaceted, including one that is behaviorally based, culturally sensitive, person-centered, and strengths based.
