Message to clients

As a native New Yorker, I deeply understand how the fast-paced world can leave us often feeling empty, depleted, irritable, and disconnected. I also understand the incredible courage and vulnerability it takes to seek therapy. Whether you’re looking to gain insight, strengthen your relationships, or identify ways to achieve your life goals and improve life satisfaction – I am here to help! My approach to therapy is strength-based, trauma informed, and rooted in cultural humility. I also employ a variety of mindfulness and insight-oriented interventions to provide a nonjudgmental brave space for openness and exploration.

I believe people are the experts of their own experience and are incredibly resilient, capable of tremendous healing and growth. I would love to talk to you about the possibility of working together to see if I would be a good fit.
