With these theories Bailey will help you acquire tools for dealing with the stressors of daily life, while exploring your identity and values. Bailey's therapeutic approach is laid back, nonjudgmental, and accepting of your whole self. Bailey prioritizes getting to know her clients and their needs prior to creating an individualized treatment plan.
Bailey earned her Master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Northwestern University. Prior to attending Northwestern, she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While at UW she also minored in education and educational policy as well as dance/movement therapy. All of her past academic experiences shape the lens through which Bailey sees the world, helping her to become a creative, caring, and informed counselor. Bailey joined Obsidian Counseling and Wellness in January of 2021.
Her online HIPAA compliant video sessions are easy to log onto, so you can access your therapy sessions from where you feel most comfortable (pets are always welcome).
