Message to clients

Congratulations on taking an important first step towards taking care of your well-being! It can be so tough to find a provider with whom you have a good connection and to start the treatment process. I strive to be a warm, helpful, open-minded, and knowledgeable support for all of my patients.

If you decide to book an appointment, we would spend the first 2 sessions conducting an assessment and determining whether we are a good fit for one another. If so, fabulous! - we would then create a treatment plan tailored to your specific goals and start the therapy process. If not, we have a great list of recommended providers, and we would help to guide you in the right direction. Please do feel free to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you!
