Bianca provides caring support to individuals and couples in Austin, Texas. In addition to providing in-person sessions, Bianca is available for telehealth to serve clients throughout Texas.
Bianca strives to join clients where ever they are on their emotional and mental health journey without judgment or agenda. With couples therapy, she uses her training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy & Gottman Couples Therapy to help couples learn to break unhealthy relationship patterns, learn new ways to communicate, repair past wounds, and deepen their emotional connection. She also work with individuals who are transitioning out of a relationship or into a new one and supports individuals seeking healing from anxiety, grief, loss, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Bianca is a supporter of organizations that provide mental health services to active-duty military and Veterans and regular works with clients who served to defend our country.
Bianca is originally from Arizona and lives with her college-age children and their cat, Max in Austin, Texas. She graduated with her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Northcentral University. Bianca enjoys backpacking, traveling, true-crime and brain science podcasts, and cooking for a house divided (a vegan and meat-eaters).
