Message to clients

I'm so glad you're here! I'm dedicated to fostering growth through a holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. If you're seeking support in navigating grief, anxiety, significant life changes, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I might be a good fit for you.

Many of my clients have felt overwhelmed by the weight of perfectionism or stuck in their journey towards fulfillment. If you're grappling with the aftermath of sudden loss or seeking more balance and meaning in your daily life, know that you're not alone.

I recognize that each individual is unique, which is why I believe in taking a whole person approach that focuses on uplifting your strengths and embracing all parts of Self. You're more than the symptoms/behaviors/thoughts that might be leading you to seek therapy. I'll ask you questions across various areas of your life that may impact emotional well-being. This is part of taking an integrative approach. As a yoga teacher, I weave yoga philosophy into therapy sessions, harnessing yogic teachings to enhance self-awareness around thought and behavior patterns, as well as utilize mindfulness techniques to focus on the present moment at hand.

Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and growth can feel daunting. You deserve a safe and supportive space to explore your path toward growth and greater self-understanding. If my approach resonates with you, feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation call. I look forward to connecting with you!
