Message to clients

For more than 8 years I have utilized my personal and professional experiences to provide my clients with genuine support and understanding while they navigate a variety of circumstances.

My counseling style is a blend of solution focused, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and person-centered therapy. With my skills and experience I aim to empower individuals to be their true selves. Bouts of family issues, career changes, and sexuality amongst other things, can create questions of who you are and where you are going. I am honored to be aboard this journey with you as you head in your intended direction.
