Message to clients

Are stress, worry, and your long to-do list keeping you up at night? Are you stuck thinking about challenging relationships, old wounds, or traumatic experiences? I have helped many like you find their version of success personally and professionally and find inner calm by empowering them to create change. Many of my clients seek a supportive space to better understand hard experiences and relationships, explore emotions, examine thought and behavior patterns, draw on strengths, and improve their ability to cope. Together, we find the solutions to feel more joy, experience fewer sleepless nights, and reinvest in life positively.

It can be so helpful to have a place to express yourself freely and honestly without judgment and to tease through old wounds, trauma, and those unhelpful ways of thinking. I provide this space for my clients by building a supportive relationship.

You will find empathy, vulnerability, and honest feedback (going both ways) woven throughout the therapeutic process with me. I love hearing your stories and providing education to help you have better insight into yourself and what is happening in your mind. My hope is that my clients walk away from therapy feeling as if they have the tools, ability, and self-love to troubleshoot the things life throws at them and thrive in ways they did not feel they could before. Slow down, lean in, and make this time for yourself! Get started by scheduling a free consultation with me to see how we can work together.
