Message to clients

I enjoy working with a variety of clients- but my speciality is working with men and couples.

Clients usually come to me because something doesn't feel right, either with themselves or in their relationships. They're going through a break-up, they're lonely and disconnected in/or outside of their relationship, their partner has initiated an ultimatum/threatened divorce, or they're simply unhappy and can't put their finger on why. Often they tell me they've been asked to work on their communication skills or show more emotion but they don't know what that means or how to get there. Many times they tell me they feel numb. It's a stressful to have to fix something that you don't understand and do it in real time. I'm here to help.

I work to support you in digging to find what's going on below the surface so that you can show up as a better partner, parent and friend. I use attachment theories to look at patterns in your relationships, how they came to be and how they are serving (or not) you in your life. This is not an easy process but it will be worth it.

Please reach out if you have any questions or want to work together.
