Message to clients

If you are reeling from a life change (or many) that have you feeling out of control, and are finding that the usual sources of support and self-care are not offering the relief you need, I can absolutely relate. My mission is to offer you a new way forward.

I imagine that you may have come here overwhelmed, searching for help for yourself or a loved one. Choosing a therapist can seem daunting, so here's an idea of what therapy with me may be like for you. We will talk, I will ask questions and offer direction, and if you wish, you may bring notes or a list of things you would like to address. However, it's typical to seek help even if you don't know where to begin.

During the course of therapy we will explore different parts of yourself and your life and choose a focus, usually an area of distress or discomfort. I use different techniques and protocols to guide our work toward increased awareness, insight, self-compassion, deeper healing, releasing of burdens, and finding inner freedom and wholeness.
