Professional statement

Claudia Giolitti is a Licensed Psychotherapist and owner of Psychotherapy for Young Women: a small psychotherapy group practice in New York City who specializes in helping young women struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or that are lost in a difficult life transition. In addition to her work with individuals, Claudia also loves working with couples!

Claudia and her staff work with compassion, helping clients "reinvent" areas of themselves by examining their most challenging past and present experiences in a safe, and accepting environment that also holds space for the discussion of different types of social oppression. She is open minded, empowering, caring, and intuitively empathic.

Claudia and her team therapist's approach is highly personalized and blends deep analysis with "hands on" techniques that focus more on the here and now. She understands that awareness brings real change, and works with clients to create a space that empowers them with the understanding behind their symptoms. We will help you understand how old wounds are still affecting your life in the present while at the same time teach you tools that you can practice now while you continue working on your self-discovery process.

If you are ready to do some powerful healing work and take your life to the next level, reach out to Claudia and her team to get started!

Message to clients

We work with compassion to help you reinvent yourself by examining your most challenging past and present experiences in a safe, and accepting environment that open space to become aware of that inner critic who can sound particularly loud in times like these. Don't let her run the show!

We are passionate about helping women redefine their relationship with self-talk and learn how to practice self-compassion. I would be honored to welcome you to my empowering private practice to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating!
