Message to clients

The issue that I have seen throughout my career is that life is not a straight line. It is filled with “curve balls”, some exciting and some that are unsettling resulting in feelings of worry, concern, and sadness that leads not to be overwhelmed and uncertain.

Having been a psychologist for 30 years, I draw from many areas of experience and training to help manage life's challenges and build on one's strengths by working to understand how they fit in the context of your life and assist to develop the necessary skills to reclaim balance.

My therapeutic methodology is a combination of mind-body, cognitive-behavioral and eclectic approaches implemented in a collaborative, honest and humanistic way.

I work with individuals across the adult developmental lifespan providing one-on-one, group, and couples counseling.
