Message to clients

Working and living in Manhattan (NYC) is already hard without worrying about how you're thinking and feeling. You want to be successful, find meaningful relationships, and live a full, happy life. So what gets in the way? You get really anxious when talking to people, and have a hard time asking for what you want. You avoid confrontation, only to later feel taken advantage of. Although this makes you feel resentful, you worry a lot about what other people think, and fear being judged. This gives you a lot of anxiety in your relationships, to the point that worry has taken over your life. Deep down, you're afraid that if you assert yourself, people will reject you.
I understand how difficult it is to live with anxiety in New York City. But the truth is anxiety shouldn't keep you from finding love, breathing easy, and being happy. I've dedicated my life to helping people improve their confidence, work through their anxiety, and get the skills to be more effective in work and their relationships, using my personal experience and the best available evidence-based practices.
I'm conversational, direct, and transparent in my approach to make sure that the treatment we use is in line with your goals and makes sense. I believe psychotherapy helps us go deep in understanding and dealing with our anxiety, and my goal is to use every tool available to make sure it works for you.
