A Navy Veteran with over twenty years in the military, Delia possess a unique understanding of both the overt and the covert effects of trauma on our mental, physical, and spiritual lives. Aim to provide evidence-based care interventions for those experiencing anxiety, depression and grief. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Delia helps patients through education, identify lifelong techniques their cognitive patterns, have influenced their lives, as well as how best to take care of their mental health.
