Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful social connection. Eve, is a LPC seeing clients in Colorado working with adults as well as veterans. Eve's specialties include Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Self Esteem and Life Transitions. Eve uses a number of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Solution focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Eve’s approach emphasizes the mutual development of goals for individual clients as well as a more integrative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health. Eve works with each client to find a balance between acceptance, responsibility, and change using evidence based strategies.
Eve's goal is to have her clients feel more emotionally regulated and focused so that life can be less stressful and more enjoyable. Her practice philosophy is driven by the belief that change and healing are possible, with the right support and resources. Each individual person can be empowered to find ways to help live life with inspiration and intention.
