Message to clients

I primarily use a person-centered approach to my work, as I highly value the development of an individual’s self-concept and self-worth. I am passionate about empowering my clients to build stronger ways to self-advocate and have a better understanding of themselves. My sessions are always approached with empathy, enthusiasm and creativity.

Last year, I moved from Boston to sunny California for a change in scenery and to support my family’s dreams. (I am continuing my work with folks from Massachusetts at this time and hoping to accept California residents soon.)

Outside of work, I’m usually found singing along to the latest Taylor Swift album, exploring new places, and also doing arts and crafts. I look forward to hearing about you soon!
